Sarie is a Nebraska girl at heart whose journey has carried her from the Rocky Mountains to the windy cities of Illinois, through the evergreens of the Pacific Northwest, and ultimately to planting deep roots in the Arizona desert.
For more than two decades, her path has been shaped by meaningful leadership roles in the insurance industry, where she learned the power of guiding, encouraging, and lifting others. Alongside her professional life, Sarie has spent many years serving as a lay counselor, Bible study leader, and prayer warrior — roles that allowed her to walk with people through seasons of growth, healing, clarity, and renewal.
She is deeply grateful for the ways God has shaped her story, using every chapter to strengthen her heart for people and her desire to help them thrive.
In her role with Vine Property Methods she enjoys the creative side of real estate investing, especially when it leads to win‑win solutions that honor both the homeowner and the journey they’re on.
Above all, Sarie treasures being a devoted wife, mom, and Gigi — the roles that bring her the greatest joy and purpose.
Camden Mundhenke

At his core, Camden models strong work ethic along with knowing when it’s time to for fun. He navigated the same moves alongside Sarie, exploring each area and he never met a golf course he didn’t like.
With more than three decades of experience as a carpenter, tradesman, and project manager Camden brings steady craftsmanship, practical wisdom, and a servant’s heart to everything he does. He’s a caring, thoughtful, and humble man who has spent his life building — not just homes, but relationships, trust, and community.
He brings this industry knowledge and skill to Vine Property Methods where he consults on each project and keeps Sarie grounded as she creates vision.
When he’s not working with his hands, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, relaxing in the pool, or cheering on Huskers athletics. He’s an amazing husband, dad and grandpa.
